OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Noblesville, IN by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Operating out of the Noblesville, IN area, this position places experienced solo CDL-A drivers on coast-to-coast dry van runs. Routine responsibilities include managing long-haul schedules, securing cargo, performing inspections, and logging trip details.
Responsibilities:
- Operate dry van tractor-trailers safely on interstate OTR runs.
- Complete and document pre/post-trip inspections; report maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate trip records and work closely with dispatch.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months of verifiable driving experience.
- Ability to perform solo long-haul assignments and comply with DOT rules.
Pay & Equipment: Starting pay is 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles and bonus opportunities. Fleet consists of late-model trucks (under 3 years) equipped with sleepers, APUs and inverters, plus in-house maintenance support. Home every two weeks and eligible for comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
