Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Norfolk, VA
Join the DBS team as we search for experienced Solo CDL A drivers for our dry van fleet in Norfolk. We provide reliable freight along with competitive compensation, ensuring our drivers are supported and respected.

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport dry van loads to various destinations.
- Comply with all safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Keep detailed records of deliveries and trips.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid CDL-A.
- At least one year of driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
