Home Time: You can expect to be out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on freight and location. While we strive for weekly home time, there may be instances requiring 2-week periods. Our work schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset each Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, with trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All vehicles are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with the responsibility for secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive freight with 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average weekly pay of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on your hiring location, with a mileage range of 2,500 to 2,800. Our base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, and you can earn a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: We primarily operate east of I-35, and dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may also qualify for dedicated accounts.
