Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Teams receive 77¢ per mile split, average 5,000 miles weekly, plus safe-driving and referral bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage long-haul routes coast to coast
- Maintain cargo integrity and log accuracy
- Work closely with a co-driver on routing
