Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Cover OTR dry van freight for HMD Trucking out of Oshkosh, WI, moving freight nationwide with steady miles and driver-focused operations.
You’ll drive late-model tractors (under three years) fitted with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, and rely on our in-house maintenance for reliable service.
Daily Work:
- Safely operate dry van trailers on long-distance routes.
- Complete required inspections, secure cargo, and keep accurate logs.
Qualifications & Perks:
- CDL-A license and at least 12 months of verifiable driving experience required.
- Starting pay at 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles and bonuses for safety and clean inspections; home every two weeks plus health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
