Dry Van Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Pearl, MS
DBS Laredo is actively seeking skilled Solo CDL A drivers to become a part of our dry van fleet in Pearl, Mississippi. We provide consistent freight, attractive compensation, and dependable home time, ensuring our drivers are both supported and valued.

Your Responsibilities:
- Safely operate your vehicle to deliver goods on time.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck to uphold company standards.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Proven experience as a truck driver with a good driving record.
- Commitment to safety and reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
