Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Based in Pearl, MS, HMD Trucking offers OTR opportunities hauling dry van freight nationwide for experienced CDL-A solo operators. You'll run long-haul lanes in late-model tractors equipped with sleepers, APUs and inverters, backed by reliable in-house maintenance while averaging roughly 2,500 miles weekly and earning 65¢/mile with additional safety, inspection, and referral bonuses.
Typical duties:
- Safely execute long-haul deliveries across interstate routes.
- Maintain accurate logs, pre/post-trip inspections, and delivery paperwork.
- Coordinate with dispatch to manage loads and schedules.
Requirements & benefits:
- Valid CDL-A and 12+ months verifiable experience.
- Home every two weeks, health/dental/vision, PTO and 401(k).
