Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner to haul dry van freight nationwide
- Follow DOT and company safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with dispatch
Equipment & Support:
- Late-model tractors (under 3 years) with APUs, inverters, and sleeper cabs
- Reliable in-house maintenance
Compensation & Perks:
- 77¢/mile split plus safety, inspection and referral bonuses
- Average 5,000 miles/week
- Home every two weeks and full benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k))
Requirements:
- CDL A license
- Minimum 12 months of driving experience
