Are you a CDL-A driver on the lookout for an OTR role with competitive pay and advanced equipment? Home Time: You will typically be out for 1-2 weeks depending on your location and freight requirements. While we strive for weekly home time, some 2-week stretches may occur. Your work schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with responsibility for secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads come with 70% drop and hook operations, which minimizes waiting time at docks. We provide 100% no-touch freight primarily made up of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week based on hiring location, with weekly miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. Base pay rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our operations are primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to drive up to 3,000 miles per week. We ensure consistent freight lanes for reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month after 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you will be eligible for dedicated accounts.
