Join the Kay Agency team as an accomplished Dry Van Company Driver. We provide excellent pay and consistent routes across all 48 states, free from escrow and weekly deductions.

What We Offer:

• Pay rates from $0.67 cpm W2–$0.70 cpm 1099.
• Average weekly earnings of $1500.00 - $1800.00.
• Drive dry vans with live loads.
• Weekly paychecks through direct deposit.
• Schedule: 3 weeks on the road and 1 week at home.
• Drive our fleet of 2023 and newer Cascadias, capped at 70 MPH.
• We cover your travel and lodging for the mandatory road test and orientation.
