Dry Van Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Ridgeland, MS
DBS Laredo is actively seeking experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Ridgeland, Mississippi. We provide steady freight, competitive pay, and reliable home time, ensuring that our drivers are respected and supported.

Your Role Includes:
- Safely deliver freight to various locations.
- Comply with all safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Maintain logs and documentation of trips.
Qualifications Needed:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Minimum driving experience with a clean record.
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
