Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, but two-week stretches may occur. Scheduling runs from Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. We handle 100% no-touch freight, primarily made up of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, to $1,600, depending on the hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles in a month.

Running Area: Primarily focused on routes east of I-35, with the potential for dedicated drivers to reach up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our reliable freight lanes ensure steady mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts are available after 90 days.
