HMD Trucking is actively seeking skilled OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the nation. We provide an attractive mileage rate starting at 60 CPM, with drivers typically covering about 2,500 miles weekly. Additionally, we offer bonuses for safe driving, spotless inspections, referrals, and more.
Our drivers benefit from operating modern trucks that are less than three years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and sleepers. You'll also have access to dependable in-house maintenance support. Enjoy being home every two weeks, along with comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
