OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Rockland, DE by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

This solo OTR role features starting pay at 65 CPM, average weekly mileage around 2,500, and bonuses for safe operation and clean inspections. Expect late-model equipment (under three years) equipped with APUs, inverters and sleepers, plus in-house maintenance and predictable home time every two weeks.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely operate dry van tractor-trailers across long-haul routes and meet delivery commitments.
- Perform accurate pre/post-trip inspections and maintain compliance paperwork.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers to resolve issues.
Requirements:
- CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience.
