OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Russellville, AR by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Based in Russellville, AR, join HMD Trucking as an OTR solo CDL-A Dry Van driver running freight nationwide. You’ll operate long-distance lanes with reliable freight and a team committed to safety and driver support.
Your duties:
- Safely drive dry-van tractor-trailers on over-the-road assignments.
- Maintain accurate logs and perform required inspections; report issues promptly.
- Collaborate with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries.
Compensation & benefits: Pay begins at 65 CPM with weekly averages around 2,500 miles, plus safety and inspection bonuses, modern trucks (APUs, inverters, sleepers), dependable in-house maintenance, home every two weeks, and full health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k). Requirements: Valid CDL-A and 12+ months verifiable experience.
