Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Join as an OTR solo CDL-A dry van driver running nationwide freight from Saint Charles, MO for a driver-focused carrier offering dependable freight and strong pay. Routes average about 2,500 miles per week with mileage pay starting at 65 CPM and additional safety and referral incentives.
Primary responsibilities:
- Safely haul dry van shipments across regional and national routes while maintaining compliant ELD and log documentation.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, report issues to in-house maintenance, and ensure loads are secured.
- Work with dispatch to optimize routing and meet delivery windows.
Qualifications & perks:
- Valid CDL-A and minimum 12 months verifiable experience required.
- Modern equipment under 3 years old with APUs, inverters and sleepers, scheduled home every two weeks, plus full medical, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k) benefits.
