Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Serve as an OTR solo CDL-A dry van driver operating nationwide freight from the Saint Joseph, MO area with a carrier focused on safety and reliable freight. You'll run steady long-haul routes averaging roughly 2,500 miles weekly, earn 65 CPM starting pay, and qualify for safety and referral bonuses.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Deliver dry van freight across regional and national lanes while keeping accurate ELD and log records.
  • Perform vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs to in-house technicians, and secure cargo to DOT standards.
  • Communicate with dispatch for routing and schedule adherence.

Qualifications & perks:

  • Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
  • Late-model tractors (under 3 years) equipped with APUs, inverters and sleepers, scheduled home time every two weeks, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k).
