Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate nationwide as an OTR solo CDL-A dry van driver with HMD Trucking out of Saint Paul, MN. You'll run reliable long-haul freight lanes with modern equipment and steady freight schedules in a safety-focused environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive assigned dry van tractor-trailer safely on interstate OTR lanes and deliver freight on time.
- Maintain accurate logs, conduct pre/post-trip inspections, and handle paperwork.
- Communicate with dispatch, escalate mechanical or cargo issues, and ensure freight security.
Qualifications & Compensation:
- Valid CDL-A and minimum 12 months of verifiable experience.
- Pay starts at 65 CPM with typical weekly averages around 2,500 miles; includes bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals.
- Late-model trucks (under 3 years) with APUs, inverters and sleepers, in-house maintenance support, home every two weeks, and full benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k)).
