Kay Agency is looking for experienced Dry Van Company Drivers in Salem. If you are ready to drive all 48 states, we have the miles and pay you need!

Pay Structure:

• Competitive rates of $0.62 cpm W2 to $0.65 cpm for 1099.
• Expect a weekly take-home average of about $1800.00.

Benefits Include:

• Dry van, live load operations.
• Weekly paychecks through direct deposit.
• 3 weeks on the road followed by 1 week home.
• Drive 2023 or newer Cascadias with a speed limit of 70 MPH.
• We cover flight and hotel expenses for road tests and orientation.
• Pet-friendly policy at no additional charge.
• Passengers over 18 years will incur a $30 weekly fee.
