Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Salisbury, NC

Home Time: Typically, drivers are on the road for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. Although we aim for weekly home time, two-week periods may occasionally occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, allowing for a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet that consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each vehicle is outfitted with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All loads are dry van with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily handling automotive loads for efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles per week. Our base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily cover areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially logging up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earnings.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
