Home Time: Typically, drivers are on the road for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, although two-week stretches can happen. The work schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, allowing for a complete 34-hour reset each Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking.

No Touch Freight: We operate 100% no-touch freight, focusing on automotive loads, with 70% of our operations being drop and hook. This minimizes dock waiting times and maximizes efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can anticipate earning an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week, depending on hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500 and 2,800 miles. The base rate is $0.45, $0.50, or $0.55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily, our routes are east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially reaching up to 3,000 miles weekly. Reliable freight lanes ensure consistent mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of service. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may become eligible for dedicated accounts.
