Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Silver Spring, MD

HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight nationwide. We offer competitive mileage pay that starts at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles, along with bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

What We Provide:

  • Modern trucks that are less than 3 years old, outfitted with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
  • In-house maintenance support you can rely on.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Valid CDL A license.
  • Minimum of 12 months of OTR driving experience.
  • A commitment to safety and high driving standards.

Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

  • Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
  • Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
  • Orientation Pay: $150
