Home Time:

• Typically out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight.
• We strive for weekly home time, but two-week periods may occur occasionally.
• Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

• Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks, no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
• Every truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
• Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight:

• All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times.
• 100% no-touch freight primarily consists of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
• Base pay rates of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area:

• Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially covering up to 3,000 miles weekly.
• Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits:

• Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
• Additional offerings include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program.
• Eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
