HMD Trucking is actively seeking seasoned OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the nation. We provide competitive mileage compensation starting at 60 CPM, with typical weekly distances averaging around 2,500 miles. Additional incentives are available for safe driving, spotless inspections, referrals, and more.
Our drivers benefit from the use of advanced trucks, all under three years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and sleepers, along with dependable in-house maintenance support. Enjoy a balanced lifestyle with home visits every two weeks and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- Possession of a CDL A license
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
