Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Join HMD Trucking’s Sioux Falls, SD team for coast-to-coast dry van hauling alongside a driving partner.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate safe team driving over long distances
- Comply with DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Utilize our in-house maintenance for reliable operations
Driver Package:
- 77¢ CPM split with ~5,000 miles weekly average
- Safety, inspection, referral, and performance bonuses
- Trucks under three years old featuring APU, inverter, and sleeper berth
- Full health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits
Expect home time every two weeks. CDL A and at least 12 months’ experience required.
