OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in South Bend, IN by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

What you'll be doing:
- Operate company tractor-trailers on regional and long-haul routes safely.
- Maintain precise ELD logs and delivery documentation.
- Conduct required pre- and post-trip inspections; ensure proper load securement.
- Communicate with dispatch and customers to meet scheduling requirements.
Why drive with us: Modern equipment (under 3 years) with APUs, inverters and sleepers. Compensation starts at 65 CPM with weekly averages of about 2,500 miles and incentive bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals. Reliable in-house maintenance, home every two weeks, and full benefits. CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience required.
