Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Southaven, MS
HMD Trucking is now hiring seasoned OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to carry freight nationwide. We offer excellent mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages reaching around 5,000 miles. Earn bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks under 3 years old with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping arrangements.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support to keep you on the road.
- Regular home time every two weeks along with a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
Candidate Requirements:
- A valid CDL A license.
- At least 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Orientation Pay: $150
