Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Spartanburg, SC
Join the HMD Trucking team as an experienced OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Driver, running freight nationwide. We offer a strong mileage pay structure starting at 60 CPM, ensuring weekly averages of around 2,500 miles, plus bonuses for exceptional driving and referrals.

If you possess a CDL A license and have at least 12 months of driving experience, come experience competitive pay and a driver-focused environment that values your safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
