Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Spearfish, SD
Are you a CDL-A driver searching for a fulfilling independent contractor position with competitive pay and modern equipment? Experience the freedom of independent contracting with competitive compensation and profit-sharing opportunities.
Home Time:
- Spend 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing for a balance between earnings and personal time.
Equipment:
- Drive late model Freightliner Cascadia trucks (2021 or newer), featuring diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts designed for your comfort during long hauls.
No Touch Freight:
- Enjoy 100% no-touch freight operations across all 48 states, including specialized routes on the East Coast and Pacific Northwest.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings range from $1,600 to $1,800 weekly, with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM and an additional $50 for every stop. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered, paid at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit-sharing bonus at year-end.
Running Area:
- OTR covering all 48 states, providing diverse dry van freight opportunities for maximum earning potential.
Benefits:
- As a W2 independent contractor, you can bring a passenger aged 18 or older at no extra cost. We also have a pet policy that requires a $500 refundable deposit based on the truck's condition upon return.
