- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Run long-haul dry van freight nationwide while based near Springfield, OH. This solo OTR role fits skilled CDL-A drivers who want steady lanes, consistent miles, and a carrier focused on driver support.
What you'll do:
- Operate dry van equipment on OTR routes, delivering freight safely and on schedule.
- Follow ELD/HOS rules, maintain accurate logs, and keep communication with dispatch.
- Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and basic troubleshooting to protect cargo and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
- Clean driving history and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen.
HMD provides starting pay at 65 CPM, weekly averages around 2,500 miles, bonuses, trucks under 3 years with APUs/inverters/sleepers, in-house maintenance, biweekly home time, and full benefits.
