Home Time:

OTR drivers typically out for 3 weeks, home for 3 days.
Drivers within 100 miles of Stillwater can be out for 14 days for better home time balance.

Equipment:

Operate 2020 or newer Volvo trucks featuring automatic transmissions, APU, inverters, and refrigerators.
Trucks are governed at 70 MPH for safety and fuel efficiency, equipped with modern comfort features.

No Touch Freight:

100% no-touch hauling of general freight and food utilizing 53-foot reefer trailers.
Covering all 48 states with significant opportunities for West coast driving, excluding NYC.

Pay and Miles:

Solo drivers earn $0.54 CPM with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Team drivers earn $0.60 CPM with a $2,500 sign-on bonus per driver.
Average pay exceeds $1,500 weekly, with additional compensation for detention ($15/hour), stop pay ($15 per drop), and layover pay ($75/day).

Running Area:

All 48 states with extensive opportunities for West coast freight.
Comprehensive fuel network through Loves stations with EZ Pass for tolls.

Benefits:

Pet policy offered, with a passenger policy after 6 months of safe driving, and a $500 transition bonus on the first week’s paycheck.
