Home Time: OTR drivers work for 3 weeks and are home for 3 days. Drivers within 100 miles of Stilwell can enjoy a 14-day out period for better home time balance.

Equipment: Drive 2020 or newer Volvo trucks equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, and refrigerators. Governed at 70 MPH for safety and fuel efficiency while ensuring modern comfort features.

No Touch Freight: Engage in 100% no-touch freight hauling of general goods and food in 53-foot reefer trailers. OTR routes include all 48 states with significant opportunities on the West Coast, excluding NYC.

Pay and Miles:

• Solo drivers earn $0.54 CPM with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
• Team drivers earn $0.60 CPM with a $2,500 sign-on bonus per driver.
• Average pay exceeds $1,500+ weekly, with additional compensation for detention at $15/hour, stop pay at $15 per drop, and layover pay of $75/day.

Running Area: Cover all 48 states, with extensive opportunities for freight on the West Coast. Access a comprehensive fuel network through Loves stations, including EZ Pass coverage for tolls.
