Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Tempe, AZ
Become part of the DBS family as an experienced Solo CDL A driver in Tempe. We are searching for dedicated drivers to join our dry van fleet, where steady freight and competitive pay are guaranteed.
Your Role:
- Deliver freight safely and punctually to assigned destinations.
- Adhere to all relevant traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Document all trips and deliveries accurately.
Must-Haves:
- A valid CDL-A license.
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
- An impeccable driving record.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
