Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks, depending on their location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week stretches may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring trucks no older than three years, including models from Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner. Each truck is equipped with:

• Inverters
• Refrigerators
• Qualcomm systems Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: We manage dry van loads with 70% drop and hook operations, significantly cutting down dock wait times. All freight is no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient handling.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 weekly based on hiring location, with 2,500 to 2,800 miles per week. Base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily operating east of I-35, dedicated drivers have the potential for 3,000 miles per week. Our freight lanes are consistent, ensuring reliable mileage and earnings.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts are available after 90 days.
