OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Toms River, NJ by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Drive OTR dry van routes for HMD from the Toms River, NJ area, transporting freight nationwide on dependable long-haul schedules. Drivers average roughly 2,500 miles per week in modern units under three years old equipped with sleepers, APUs and inverters, supported by our in-house maintenance team.
Primary responsibilities:
- Safely operate dry van equipment on interstate OTR runs.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate records.
- Protect freight integrity, adhere to delivery windows, and communicate with dispatch.
Requirements & compensation:
- Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience required.
- Mileage pay starts at 65 CPM with additional bonuses for safety, clean inspections and referrals; biweekly home time and comprehensive benefits.
