Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Union City, NJ
DBS Laredo is seeking experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dedicated dry van fleet in Union City. We pride ourselves on offering stable freight, competitive wages, and reliable home time while ensuring that our drivers feel valued and supported.

Your Role:
- Drive safely and efficiently to deliver goods on schedule.
- Follow all transportation laws and regulations.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch and keep trip logs.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A driver's license.
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
