Home Time: OTR drivers work for 3 weeks and enjoy 3 days off at home. Those within 100 miles of Wagoner can take advantage of a 14-day out period for improved home time balance.

Equipment: Drive 2020 or newer Volvo trucks featuring automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, and refrigerators. Governed at 70 MPH for safety and fuel efficiency while enjoying modern comfort.

No Touch Freight: Engage in 100% no-touch freight hauling of general and food products in 53-foot reefer trailers. OTR routes span all 48 states with significant driving opportunities on the West Coast, excluding NYC.

Pay and Miles:

• Solo drivers can earn $0.54 CPM with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
• Team drivers earn $0.60 CPM with a $2,500 sign-on bonus each.
• Average weekly pay is over $1,500, with added compensation for detention ($15/hour), stop pay ($15 per drop), and layover pay ($75/day).

Running Area: Operate across all 48 states, with extensive opportunities for freight on the West Coast. Access a comprehensive fuel network at Loves stations with EZ Pass coverage for tolls.

Benefits: Medical coverage is available after 30 days through Blue Cross Blue Shield. Additional benefits include a pet policy, passenger policy after 6 months of safe driving, and a $500 transition bonus on your first week's check.
