Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Warwick, RI

Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an independent contractor opportunity with great pay and modern equipment? Home Time:

• Spend 3-4 weeks on the road with 4-5 days at home, allowing for extended earning periods paired with quality family time.

Equipment:

• Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, outfitted with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts. Our fleet is tailored for driver comfort during long hauls.

No Touch Freight:

• All dry van freight operations are 100% no-touch across the continental U.S.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings range from $1,600 to $1,800 weekly, with a $0.60 CPM and $50 stop pay. Enjoy a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit-sharing bonus at the year's end.

Running Area:

• OTR covering all 48 states with varied freight opportunities designed to maximize your earning potential.

Benefits:

• W2 independent contractor role with a passenger policy for individuals 18 and older at no charge. A pet policy is available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
