Are you a skilled CDL-A driver seeking an OTR position with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time:

• Typically out for 1-2 weeks based on your location and freight.
• We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occur.
• Scheduled runs are Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

• Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including models from Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner.
• All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight:

• All dry van loads consist of 100% no-touch freight with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500-2,800.
• Base pay rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area:

• Primarily east of I-35, with the potential for dedicated drivers to run up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits:

• Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
• Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program.
• After 90 days, you may be eligible for dedicated accounts.
