Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Waterloo, IA by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Drive late-model dry vans equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, supported by dedicated maintenance staff.
What to Expect:
- Work alongside your driving partner to meet schedules
- Maintain compliance with federal and company regulations
- Leverage in-house service to reduce downtime
Receive home time every two weeks, competitive 77¢/mile split pay, safety and referral bonuses, and benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). CDL A and at least 12 months OTR experience required.
