OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Waterloo, IA by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Daily focus:
- Deliver dry van freight safely and on schedule across state and interstate lanes.
- Maintain accurate logs, complete required paperwork and perform routine inspections.
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing and load planning.
Minimum qualifications:
- CDL-A and 12+ months of verifiable driving experience.
Pay begins at 65 CPM with mileage targets, safety and referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including medical and retirement options.
