Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Run nationwide dry van OTR lanes operating from Waterloo while representing a driver-focused carrier. HMD provides late-model trucks with sleepers, APUs and inverters, plus reliable in-house maintenance to keep you moving across long hauls.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer safely and efficiently on long-haul routes.
- Complete thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and report issues to dispatch.
- Load/secure freight and meet delivery schedules while complying with DOT regulations.
Requirements:
- CDL-A license and at least 12 months of verifiable driving experience. Pay begins at 65 CPM with performance bonuses, regular home time and full benefits.
