Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - West Warwick, RI
HMD Trucking is searching for experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the country. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages nearing 5,000 miles, along with bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks, less than 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping quarters.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks for personal time.

Ideal Candidates Should Have:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of OTR experience.
- A commitment to safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
