Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Wilmington, DE
DBS Laredo is searching for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet. We provide steady freight, competitive pay, and reliable home time while ensuring our drivers are respected and supported.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver cargo to designated locations.
- Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A license.
- At least 2 years of driving experience.
- A clean driving record without major violations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
