OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Winston-Salem, NC by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Responsibilities:
- Operate company dry van tractors equipped with sleepers on interstate OTR routes.
- Complete DVIRs, electronic logs, and required trip paperwork.
- Coordinate with dispatch to meet schedules and maintain customer service standards.
HMD offers mileage pay starting at 65 CPM (approx. 2,500 miles weekly on average), modern trucks under three years with APUs/inverters, solid in-house maintenance, home every two weeks, and full benefits. CDL-A and 12+ months of verifiable driving experience required.
