Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Join HMD Trucking as an experienced OTR solo CDL-A dry van driver based in York, PA. Operate nationwide routes hauling reliable freight for a team that values safety and driver success, with strong mileage pay from 65 CPM and averages around 2,500 miles per week.
Key duties:
- Safely transport dry van freight across long-haul lanes while maintaining compliant logs.
- Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and document vehicle condition.
- Communicate with dispatch to meet schedules and customer requirements.
You’ll receive:
- Modern equipment (under 3 years) featuring APUs, inverters, and sleepers plus in-house maintenance support.
- Home roughly every two weeks, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)) and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience.
