Flatbed Company Driver (W-2) - Colona, IL
HMD Trucking is seeking experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to haul freight nationwide. We provide competitive mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, performance bonuses of $0.05 CPM for safety and productivity, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Drivers will benefit from:
- Access to a modern fleet of over 500 trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleeper cabs.
- Comprehensive in-house maintenance support for your vehicle.
- Pay for every haul, whether tarped or not.
- Regular home time along with a full benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).
If you possess a Class A CDL and have at least 12 months of OTR flatbed experience, consider joining HMD for a rewarding career focused on your safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
