Flatbed Company Driver (W-2) - Dodge City, KS
Join HMD Trucking as an experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Driver in Dodge City, KS, where you will transport freight across the country. We offer competitive mileage compensation starting at $0.65 per mile, performance bonuses (+$0.05 CPM for safety and productivity), and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications:
- A valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum of 12 months OTR flatbed experience.
- A strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.5 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
