Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Dorchester, IA
HMD Trucking is seeking experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers for nationwide freight hauling. We provide competitive mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, with performance bonuses of $0.05 CPM for safety and productivity, along with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Our drivers enjoy modern trucks from a fleet of over 500 vehicles, equipped with:

You’ll be paid for every haul, whether tarping is required or not, and enjoy regular home time. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
