Flatbed Company Driver (W-2) - Hamilton, IL
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to haul freight across the nation. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, with performance bonuses (+$0.05 CPM for safety/productivity) and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

- Access to a modern fleet of over 500 vehicles, featuring APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, and removable rider seats.
- Extensive in-house maintenance support.
- Payment for every haul, regardless of tarping.

Requirements:
- Class A CDL required.
- At least 12 months of OTR flatbed experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.65 base + $0.5 CPM safety/productivity bonus

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
